Voodoo Nightclub workers urged drunk woman to perform sex act with bottle

Two Voodoo nightclub workers, bar promoter Karl Macdonald, 29, and manager Shaun Keen, 27 urged 25-year-old Booth, drunk and vulnerable woman to perform a sex act with a bottle in a street after she had been ejected from Voodoo, a club in Warrington, Cheshire.

Infact one of them passed the bottle of water the woman used to perform the lewd act.

The woman lay down on a pavement outside the club while three men, including Macdonald and Keen, gathered round. Some also filmed the incident.

Voices, belonging to the defendants, were heard saying: "Go on, go on."

Keen then motivated her: "You're not trying hard enough."

Club supervisor, watching the incident from an office in Warrington, the hub of all the town's night-time cameras, was heard over the intercom, asking the men: "Are you not enjoying the show, lads?"

The woman has been convicted for a public decency offence and given a conditional discharge.

Both men - Keen and Macdonald were convicted of inciting someone to outrage public decency. They will be sentenced next month.
