This is graphic video of Boko Haram administering its own style of justice, amputating the hands of two individuals whom they accused of stealing.
[As for] the thief, the male and the female, amputate their hands in recompense for what they committed as a deterrent [punishment] from Allah . And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
The narrator tells those assembled that:
“as you can see, this person before you is one of those that stole.
“This one too,” the MC said in reference to another thief, “had stolen N600,000.” (US$3,000-$3,500)
