More photos from the Queens Young Leaders Awards


60 young achievers around the world, invited to Buckingham palace for the inaugural Queen Young Leaders Awards. The award honors exceptional young people between the ages of 18-29 across the Common wealth. Four young Nigerians were found worthy to win the award.

The four Nigerians who were honored are: Isaiah Owolabi, Kelvin Ogholi, Nkechi Azinge and Oladipupo Ajiroba.

Apart from the 60, other guests who attended the event include David Beckham, and 12 Years a Slave director, Steve McQueen, our divalicious Stephanie Okereke Linus, the Queen of England- Queen Elizabeth, who handed out the awards herself. (More after cut and photos)
Honorees also emerged from Canada, India, Cameroon and South Africa, with three winners each.
The event was held at Buckingham Palace.
