Once again, the twerking, tongue wagging pop-singer has outdone herself, thrusting the evidence on social media for everyone's amusement or, in this particular case, shock.
It seems it wasn't enough for the 21-year-old to enjoy a pampering session solo - she had to bring her porky pal into the equation.
Only Miley would paint a pig's toenails, and that's exactly what she did - opting for a classy red shade of polish.
One raged: 'Miley testing nail varnish on animals?? Stupid Americans'
Another added: 'OMG! Are you stupid?! Poor pig! :(((('
And another: 'Seriously? That's terrible for the pig.'
Others hoped that the polish was non-toxic and animal friendly.
