This morning Chris Brown took to Twitter to call for help; he had lost patience with the Philippines Department of Justice that refused his exit out of the country. He even confirmed that the concert he performed in Manila was to make up for the last New Year Eve’s event he missed and was being held for.
The events of things has since changed.
Not long ago, he shared a short clip of himself and his entourage being escorted to the terminal where their chartered jet had stood for days, waiting for their release.
