Hillary Clinton concedes victory to President-elect Donald Trump

Hilary Clinton has conceded defeat to Donald Trump. She called him on the phone accepting defeat.However, her campaign chairman announced she wouldn't be making an official statement tonight till tomorrow, CNN reports.
