Video of Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini speech that is said to have sparked xenophobic attack against foreigners

This is an audio clip taken during the king's speech three weeks ago in Pongola, KwaZulu-Natal, Durban as most people know it,  in which he said, in isiZulu, that foreigners must pack their belongings and go back to their countries. 

Africans have been living in Europe for years peacefully. Why so much hatred in Africa?
